These terms govern your use of futuresite.be and the website-design services FutureSite provides. By using the site, you agree to them.

The "Request a website" form

Submitting a request is not a contract or an order — it's an enquiry. We'll reply about whether we can build it and on what terms. Nothing is owed by either side until we both agree in writing on a specific piece of work and its price (your written proposal).

Our services

We design, write, build and deliver websites according to the written proposal we agree with you.
We refine the work through a review loop until it meets what was agreed.
Once the project is paid in full, the final website, its content and its domain are yours — no lock-in.
An optional care plan (hosting and small changes) is available separately; it is never required.

Payment

Prices and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Invoicing and payment are handled by our payment provider.

Intellectual property & liability

FutureSite's brand, templates, layouts, components, code, tools and methods remain our property, and we remain free to reuse them for other projects. Your content, your data and your domain name remain entirely yours. On full payment, your finished site — your text, your images, your identity and the delivered files — becomes yours, and you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable licence to keep it, modify it, host it anywhere and take it with you, at no extra cost. Our services are provided professionally; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
