These terms govern your use of futuresite.be and the software FutureSite sells through it. By using the site or our software, you agree to them.

The website & the "Request an app" form

Submitting a request is not a contract or an order. It's an enquiry. We'll reply about whether we can build it and on what terms. Nothing is owed by either side until we both agree in writing on a specific piece of work and its price.

OfflinePhotoMap licence

OfflinePhotoMap is sold as a one-time licence for personal use on your own devices.
A free trial is offered so you can evaluate it before buying. After the trial, continued use requires a purchased licence.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share your licence key. The licence is for you.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Refunds

If the software doesn't work as described, contact contact@futuresite.be and we'll make it right or refund you, in line with applicable EU consumer law. (Payment and invoicing are handled by our payment provider.)

Intellectual property

FutureSite and its software, branding, and content remain our property. Your own data and photos remain entirely yours.

Governing law
