Getting here 5 min walk from Stokes Croft; buses 70/72/73 stop on Cheltenham Road. Bristol Temple Meads ~20 min by bus.
Parking & bikes No car park — limited pay-and-display on Carshare Lane. Bike racks right outside; we love a cyclist.
Step-free & accessible Level entrance, step-free throughout, accessible WC. High chairs available.
Dog-friendly Very. Water bowls, a biscuit jar, and a patch of sun by the window for the good boys and girls.
Sunny patio — walk-in only A handful of tables out front catch the morning sun, first-come, first-served. We don't reserve tables — just turn up.

Our story & the coffee

A small roastery with a green door

Maple & Bloom started in 2019 when two neighbours — one a baker, one a coffee nerd — took over a tired old print shop on Carshare Lane and filled it with plants, secondhand chairs and the smell of roasting beans.

We roast in small batches on a 5kg roaster you can see from the counter. Our Bloom House blend is the everyday cup; alongside it we run a rotating single-origin bought traceable and relationship-sourced through a Bristol importer — we like to know where the beans come from. The current single-origin changes through the year; ask at the counter what's in the hopper today.

What makes us different is honestly just this: we want you to feel at home. Speciality coffee, none of the snobbery. We'll happily make you a "normal coffee" and we'll happily geek out if you want to.
